Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only exchanges may be partially approved (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition or is damaged.

Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your exchange has been approved.
If your exchange is approved, we will arrange for your item to be exchanged for another product of equal value or provide instructions on selecting an alternative item.
Delayed or Pending Exchanges (if applicable)
If you have not received an update regarding your exchange, please first check your email inbox and spam folder.
